Great amenities for family fun!

My stay was frustrating from the start. The room wasn't reflective of the pictures online, and it felt outdated and worn. We didn't have shampoo or conditioner available, which is standard at most hotels. Additionally, the TV didn't work for the first couple of days, and we had to wait for a replacement that inconvenienced our plans.

The resort's pool area was really nice too!

The Three-Bedroom Townhouse was spacious and well-equipped, with a nice balcony that was perfect for relaxation. The family-friendly atmosphere and staff friendliness added to a pleasant experience, especially while enjoying fresh salads from the dining options available. Unfortunately, maintenance issues like outdated facilities and inconsistent service overshadowed the positives, particularly with cleanliness not meeting expectations and a lack of timely room servicing.

The hot tub in our suite was absolutely 🔥 perfect for relaxing after a long day! The only downside was the restaurant's limited options, but the outdoor area made up for it!

my previous stay in freeport didn’t go well, but this stay was much better. the staff's friendliness and warm hospitality truly exceeded my expectations. the suite with a hot tub was an absolute winner, providing a relaxed atmosphere after a long day.

However, the manager's lack of response regarding my early checkout left a sour note.
